Terms and Conditions: I certify that I am 21 years age or older. A notice will be emailed to the primary email address on file prior to processing, providing the member the opportunity to update their account information. Both shipping and pick-up members are responsible for keeping their account information (including shipping address) current. Due to storage limitations, club selections for pick-up will be held at our Dundee Hills Estate for 30 days after selection processing. After 30 days, Durant maintains the right to ship your pick-up selection unless prior arrangements have been made. All selections will be automatically billed to the credit card on file prior to each selection release. Selection Costs and benefits are subject to change without notice. Benefits are named for the listed members only and are non-transferable. Member benefits do not include event venue rentals or corporate orders.

Shipping Policy: Federal law requires a signature of an adult 21 or over for all deliveries that contain alcohol. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Durant may hold the member's shipment until the weather is favorable. An additional shipping fee will be applied to any packages that need to be rerouted, reshipped, or returned back to us. Durant is unable to ship to P.O. boxes and can only ship to states which can legally allow alcoholic shipments.

Cancellation Policy: I agree to a minimum of three (3) selections prior to canceling. After 3 selections, I may cancel my membership with 30 days notice prior to the next club selection. Prior to the fulfillment of 3 selections will incur a one-time early cancellation fee of $50. If Durant is unable to process three (3) or more of your club selections due to outdated membership information, Durant will automatically cancel the membership account.
