2015 Heron Pinot Noir
In Stock
Garnet in color, this vintage of Heron Pinot Noir is striking in the glass. Aromatics of dried cranberry, rhubarb, zippy plumb, and mushroom are met with red fruit notes and great structure on the palate. Complex notes of dried herbs, cranberry, raspberry, and wild rose are carried across the mid and back palate by prickly tannin making this a perfect food pairing wine. Pair with aged goat cheese drizzled with Durant Frantoio olive oil and fresh rosemary. Drink now through 2028.
