2017 Bishop East Pinot Noir

In Stock
25% new French oak for 9 months. Medium ruby in the glass, this wine is striking at first glance. The aromatics boast complex notes of cranberry, plum, cinnamon, dried flowers, cigar box, earth, leather, and mint. A subtle entrance brings raspberry and cranberry characteristics to the palate. As the mid palate broadens in complexity, notes of clove, black tea, leather, and earth develop into a crescendo of integrated tannins and a long, flowing finish.
