Color: Pale Golden Straw 

Nose: Golden Plum; Candied Lemon Peel; Asian Pear; Chalk; Peach Scones; Honeysuckle; Damp Slate

Palate: Granny Smith Apple; Marzipan; Quince Paste; Minerality; Oyster Shells; Lemon Custard; Candied Pineapple; Crystallized Ginger

Mouthfeel: Our inaugural Blanc de Blancs from the 2018 vintage presents itself as crisply elegant with a fine mousse. Ripe golden fruit leads the charge on the mid palate along with a gorgeous mineral thread. The wine comes to an enticing crescendo with mouthwatering acidity and a crisp, elegant texture. This will only get better if you can be patient enough to cellar the wine.
