Palate:  Red Cherries; Plum; Mocha; Tree Moss; Cigar Box; Black Tea; Beetroot; Tarragon; Forest Floor; Rhubarb Pie; Dried Flowers

Mouthfeel:  The entrance to our 2019 Heron Pinot Noir is gentle enough to be ethereal, while providing an intriguing complexity.  The mid palate of the wine expresses as lithe and supple creating a noticeable tension.  Lightly dusty tannins frame the intricate fruit, earth and barrel components while the lively acidity carries everything through a persistent finish.
