The entrance to the 2021 Bishop Pinot Noir is fresh and complex. The mid palate fills with layers of texture and weight. This wine has gorgeous fruit, spice, and herbs all framed with integrated barrel, skin and stem tannins. The stays vibrant while lingering long after the last sip.
