Mouthfeel:  Our 2021 Brut has a gorgeous, elegant entrance into the palate.  The mid-palate envelops the cheeks with a tingling sparkle.  The racy acidity is tempered by an even handed dosage to create a balanced and generous finish framed by layers of fruit, earth and floral notes.
