2021 Raven Chardonnay

WINEMAKER'S TASTING NOTES

Color:  Green tinged Straw

Nose:  Tangerine, Sliced Pear, Toasted Bread, Plumeria, Salted Hazelnuts, Butterscotch, Fresh Honey, Pencil shavings

Palate:  White Peach, Lemon Squares, Orange Peel, Coconut, Sea Spray, Blonde Tobacco, Cedar 

Mouthfeel:  Our 2021 Raven Chardonnay has a soft and supple entrance onto the palate.  The mid is round and fills the cheeks with flavors.  The finish to this Chardonnay is quite persistent and lingering.  There is just enough barrel to provide some depth and breadth while the ripe fruit and acid keep the wine fresh from start to finish.
