2021 Southside Chardonnay

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES:

Color: Lively Straw Yellow

Nose: White Peach, Geranium, Salted Cashew, Crème Brûlée, Dried Apricot, Lemon Bar, Baguette, Butterscotch, Cedar Shavings

Palate:  Cantaloupe, Sliced Pineapple, Vanilla, Honeysuckle, Lees, Yellow Nectarine, Almond, Sea Spray, Coconut Flakes, Key Lime, Pencil Shavings 

Mouthfeel:  The entrance to our 2021 Southside Chardonnay is ripe and bright.  The acidity is perfectly balanced with the Lees and oak influence that fill the mid palate.  The finish to the wine is persistent and generous in length.  You get to enjoy the layers of complexity well after the last sip.
